The Chronicle is situated in the heart of Bebington Village. Named after CS Lewis who visited St Andrews Church and began writing The Chronicles of Narnia, the pub has gone from strength to strength since its opening in 2007 and is now a local favourite for both drinking and dining.

Open for full English breakfast every day from 10am and offering free WiFi service, The Chronicle is the perfect place to start your day. Relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the great atmosphere, with three large plasma screen TVs and great music all day long. You can also reserve tables for meal time where we offer a great selection of dishes including a special two for £6.50 menu. Food is served from 10.00 til 22.00 every day.

Sporting events at The Chronicle are always a big deal, whether its football, cricket or rugby. You can guarantee the atmosphere will be ideal and the staff are the most welcoming and friendly on the Wirral. As you can imagine, the Liverpool and Everton match days are always very busy, so make sure you get to the pub early, or book your table in advance. Alternatively, if sport isn't your thing we also have an outside beer garden where you can sit and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a rasberry mojito from our new cocktail menu.

We also offer various themed nights including a Poker night on a Monday where new members are always welcome; quiz nights on a Thursday which includes buy one, get one free pizza; a curry club on Mondays and an Italian Job pasta night on Wednesdays. if you're interested in joining us for any of these events, please feel free to contact us.

The Chronicle really comes to life on Friday and Saturday nights where you can enjoy our awesome sound system and disco lighting, as well as taking advantage of our late licence when we serve until 12! There is something going on every night at The Chronicle so whether its catching up with friends, unwinding after a hard days work, having a few drinks before venturing over the water or for a fantastic night out, you can be sure that The Chronicle is the place to be.

The Chronicle caters for work parties as small as two people right up to weddings with as many as 100 people. Feel free to book any private parties with us and we can guarantee a great time.
