Cape is a stylish bar set on two levels in the heart of the city and opened in August 2007 on the site of the former Prodigal bar.

During the week areas can be reserved depending on your needs you can Book a table or a booth for lunch or after work.  From a quiet table for two or up to 150 people for something a little livelier, Cape can also be exclusively booked on Saturdays and Sundays, where a minimum of 100 people would be required to attend your event.

With DJ equipment available and a late licence, Cape is an ideal venue for socialising, office drinks, birthday celebrations, Christmas parties or simply winding down after work.

During the week, certain areas can be booked for up to 150 people, or why not book our top area which can hold 120 people complete with its own bar.

Cape shows all the latest sporting events with VIP areas and six plasma screens available for great views of the game.

Cape opens from 11am offering a full menu, including dishes such as tapas, small plates, salads and light bites of melts, sandwiches and wraps. Buffets can be pre-ordered at your request. The bar offers a wide range of premium brands, including South African wines and beers, as well as fresh coffee, smoothies and soft drinks.
